About the Book
Rafael is good at helping around the house. His favorite job is spinning the rinsed lettuce leaves in a salad spinner before dinnertime. Wistfully recalling a previous Halloween, he voices a wish to revisit that happy experience, little knowing that the salad spinner has a secret magic that can transport him there. He makes the journey and is back in time for dinner! Was it magic or make-believe? Rafael is not sure, but observant readers will find the answer in the pages of this book!
