About the Book
A great byproduct of military training is the ability to think tactically. To complete a mission, you first define the desired outcome, then strategize and develop a game plan, and execute accordingly. Yet, in matters related to money, including processes such as buying a home, military and veteran families still tend to make decisions emotionally. VA Home Loans gives tactics to those military members and veterans who operate so well in tactical situations, and delivers the information in a way that is clear and concise.

About the Author |
Daniel Lehman is a Marine Corps Veteran and VA Home Loan Expert. Upon honorable discharge from the Marine Corps in 2004, Daniel began his career in mortgage banking where he found a passion for serving veterans and helping them attain homeownership as a cornerstone of financial security. Quickly realizing that peace of mind for his clients only came through a solid education, Daniel began doing seminars and writing articles aimed at teaching VA Home Loan principles in a way that was thorough, but not overwhelming. Daniel currently serves as Vice President of Mortgage Lending for a large mortgage-banking firm where he and his team still serve military members and veterans on a daily basis, and is the founder of the Veterans One Academy – a homeownership and financial literacy educational platform. Daniel lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Mariela and their three children and is very active in the San Diego Military/Veteran community. |
