About the Book
In Seasons of Hope, author Frank Bice, says, 'Thank You,' to teammates, coaches, and players. With themes emphasizing gratitude and service, Seasons of Hope is a must read for athletes, coaches, and anyone seeking to overcome challenges.

With lacrosse and football stories, Bice reveals his perspective on the meaning of sports. Seeing coaches as father figures, Seasons of Hope attempts to leave no one behind.

From the playing fields of Manhasset, Cranwell, Canterbury, Sacred Heart Academy, and Siena College, Bice specifically names teammates, coaches, friends, and players.

Like the genealogies of the Old Testament, if the reader is not listed among the names on a team, or is not interested, it is better to pass over the list to follow the story line.

Frank Bice appreciates your interest in his book and says, 'Thank you,' to all of his readers.
