About the Book
As a Senior Operating Executive I recognized that many of my assistants were former union members who demonstrated unusual leadership capability. My PhD in Management and Psychology enabled me to be a daily trainer and professor. This experience proved to me beyond a shadow of doubt that there is a need to provide rank and file individuals with an opportunity to be exposed to college level material. Also the Troy New York Community College and I conducted a full semester experiment on fork truck operators, tradesman, laborers etc. The purpose was to determine the value of college level training for rank and file individuals. The research was tremendously successful and demonstrated that the non college person deserved special treatment in leadership, management, decision making et al. Consequently I have taken the experience and presented a book based on this research. Therefore the offering has been properly researched and without doubt will provide the reader with an opportunity otherwise not available. An offering of this type demonstrates an opportunity for non college people to fulfill the American Dream.

About the Author

Dr. Robinson was born in poverty and holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering, a Masters in Engineering a Professional Engineer and PhD in Management and Psychology. All of which was achieved with a 100 percent scholarship. He commenced his professional life as an engineer while retiring as International Vice President of a major corporation with the responsibility in 60 countries with full payment for his wife to travel with him. At retirement he commenced writing books and has just completed his ninth product.
