Lana Brown (Jackson) has been in education for six years. She has taught various age groups, ranging from early childhood to middle school. Currently, she teaches 7th grade English Language Arts online. It was through her recent master’s program in Social Entrepreneurship that the idea for the LaBray Janae series began. Her hope is that young girls can relate to LaBray Janae and learn to be comfortable with who they are, no matter what others may say. Lana lives in Dallas, TX with her husband Brandon, and their two young children, Landon and LaBray. |
