About the Author
Farrell J. Chiles Farrell J. Chiles is a retired Chief Warrant Officer with 38 years of military service on Active Duty and in the Army Reserve. He is a Vietnam Veteran. Chiles was the first recipient of the CW4 Michael J. Novasel Outstanding Warrant Officer of the Year Award. He resides in California.
