Kelly J runs a women's shelter but her heart isn't in it. She expects to pay for getting caught with a corpse in the scrub along the shoreline. Anna's predator had just arrived at the shelter for the duration of her sentence. Kelly is reluctant to accept her and lose Anna's trust but the shelter is desperate for the funding.
