About the Book
|
Chef Eva Weber offers helpful hints and advice on avoiding pitfalls in entertaining so that friends and family and associates can gather for an enjoyable time whether or not the host has outside help. Each chapter begins with a quotation, follows with anecdotes, observations, and tips for hosting delicious encounters, and concludes with a recipe from among Chef Eva’s favorites. Readers will note that it takes neither a big pocketbook nor perfection in tools or surroundings to entertain well. Marty Larkin’s delightful illustrations are an added treat.
