Doctor Robin Watkins is scared out of her wits one night in the E.R. of Mercy General Hospital when she comes face to face with a deranged, disfigured man. Instead of a brutal death as she expects, he utters an ominous warning in his last breath. Later, Robin, distraught by the horrific circumstances of her fiancé’s death, seeks a seedy reporter for answers.
