About the Author |
|
Joelle Leali is married with three young daughters. She lives in New Orleans, La and is a speech and language therapist working with young children. She was inspired to write Pelicans Forever because the children in her life had so many questions regarding the recent oil spill.
Illustrated by Jaclyn Hazel. Jaclyn is a first year high school student in Owensboro, Kentucky, and loves art and animals. She has spent most of her summers enjoying the Gulf beaches, and was excited to illustrate Pelicans Forever. |
