About the Book
AS WE ENTER THE AGE OF Baby Boomer retirement and twilight, the desire to hold onto youth has become intense. Plastic surgery, botox injections, anti-wrinkle cosmetics, liposuction and a plethora of ‘youth preserving’ herbal products have become a multi-billion dollar industry.

This novel explores the idea of an actual genetic cure for aging in the year 2023, and what this means for the characters personally, and for the country politically and economically. Dr. Noah Brantner, a Nobel laureate in medicine, discovers a cure for a rare genetic disease that causes premature aging. He also discovers that this treatment stops the genetic degradation that leads to the aging process in normal people. He teams with a pharmaceutical company to bring this blockbuster product to market. But when the government, during a presidential election year, realizes what such a product would do to entitlement programs like Medicare and Social Security, they set out to stop them.
