The Beginning of the End is a fictional account of the accidental release of an incredibly contagious bioengineered disease. The book chronicles the hardships faced as the contagion rages though the world, effecting every aspect of human life. The story specifically details the efforts of a small, organized group of survivors, known as ZEDU, to find the source of the disease and to find a way to combat its spread before they find themselves among the infected.

Kurt O'Dell is a lifelong resident of West Virginia, currently living in the central part of the state with his wife and daughter. Kurt is employed as a IS/IT System Administrator and has a background in the Martial Arts and extensive firearms training. This is his first published work. |
