WOW!! The truth at last and beautifully done. A superb book. I've been in the gaming industry for over 35 years and this book really tells it like it is....I would recommend it to anyone who wants to know what the customer doesn't see in the gaming world. I had no idea all these things went on behind the scenes in the gambling world. I was rooting for Katie from the first page and wanted to warn her when she was making a wrong decision. The author hooked me with her descriptions and kept me turning the pages to find out what was going to happen next. Don't miss this exciting trip through the "green felt jungle." This exciting book gives you an insight into the world of gambling, and the people who stand on the other side of the table -- and how human they are. Loved it! A fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the casino world. It is seen through the eyes of a young woman who leaves her home in rural Minnesota to try to build a new life for herself in Reno, Nevada. Edwards know what she is talking about... An emotional roller coaster ride! This book is a fascinating story of a woman's journey through abusive relationships and the world of casino gambling. The story is very well written and I found it difficult to put down until I had finished the last chapter. If you're planning a trip to Reno or Las Vegas you should definitely read this book before you go.
