Butterflies, Spilled Milk, A Whistle and A Burglary - What more is in store for the Lawrence Elliot Maple family in Book 2 of The Wind and the Whistle series? The old dog Lucky has good reason to be growling outside as he and Stephanie find themselves in danger in the dark. An angry old weasel can be seen staring at them from the porch of the house next door, ready for an attack. Can Stephanie and Lucky handle an angry old weasel alone? Lucky seems ready for the fight, but Stephanie finds herself unable to move. Lawrence is close by, just inside their own house, but will the man hear the dog's growling and arrive in time to help them?
