Chaplain Ron Jinkens Chaplain Ron Jinkens ministered to inmates in a county jail for 20 years as head chaplain. He also served as a part-time pastor. He spent many years riding motorcycles and playing hockey. His wife and he attend a Baptist church, where he teaches a Bible study.
