Heidi awakened bolt upright one morning to an absolute certainty that she must return to NY. She arrived just in time to attend unprecedented classes offered by Dr. Andrija Puharich, renowned parapsychologist, physicist, author and inventor in Ossining, NY. Puharich was most well known for bringing intuitive/telekinesis expert Uri Geller to the USA, whose skilled were studied, tested and ultimately validated at Stanford Research Institute by the CIA in 1973. As the classes continued Puharich interviewed Heidi about her own extensive psychic experiences. In 1977 she was invited to participate in mind-travel Faraday Cage sessions facilitated by Puharich. Dubbed one of his "space kids," she was his assistant and study subject for over two years during important events including the Mind Link and the Pachita Project in Mexico City. She credits telepathy for her escape from the devastating fire at his home/lab in 1978.
