The book is unique in that it isn’t simply a compilation of random thoughts on the topic of holiness. These entries are meant to be read and applied in the order given, preferably in twenty-one days. They follow a progression of thought and experience. It is intended to be a journey – one that assists men either to begin a pursuit of holiness or to intensify their current quest to be holy men. This book isn’t just about gaining knowledge about holiness but about experiencing it in one’s life. Be a Holy Man is by no means an exhaustive treatment of the subject matter but is meant to be a catalyst for a lifelong pursuit.

Tony Elder is the pastor of Wesley Community Fellowship in Conyers, Georgia. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the National Association of Wesleyan Evangelicals.
