About the Book
Lilly Goes to Paris is about a miniature Dachshund dog who stows away in her owners’ travel trunk and wakes up several hours later to find herself in unfamiliar surroundings.

As a curious dog, Lilly is able to escape unnoticed from her owners’ hotel room and she begins exploring on the streets of Paris. Once Lilly’s owners discover that Lilly is with them, to their disbelief, they decide that she will have to stay with them in the hotel for their month-long vacation.

But everything they do and everywhere they take Lilly turns out to be somewhat troublesome. But, it’s all fixable. As a dog in Paris, everyone, despite her adventurous ways, loves Lilly.

At the end of the Paris trip, Lilly wonders where her next trip take her.

Bobbi Kasproski Bobbi Kasproski is a retired teacher/library media specialist. Born and educated in Ohio, she taught elementary school in both Connecticut and Florida. Desiring to write a children's book, she found inspiration for Lilly Goes to Paris from two friends’ Dachshunds (Lilly and Baron) and from her love of Paris.
