About the Book
|
The United States is yet again in grave danger. An Islamic Jihadist, Abdullah-ibn-Khan, who is also a nuclear Physicist, is planning to detonate a dirty bomb on US soil, along with smaller attacks using biological and chemical agents to kill Americans.
This attack, if successful, would make the 9-11 attack against the US look insignificant. A beacon in the dark, Jack McGregor, an expert polygraph examiner with the Defense Intelligence Agency, is embedded with an elite US Army Special Forces counter-terrorism team.
One of Khan's inner circle, the mysterious Abbas, has put a crimp in Khan's plan by providing information to Jack and his team. Jack needs to verify the intelligence is truthful and further develop additional information.
The entire team must take a dark journey and race across the world to identify targets and stop Khan before he can launch his attacks. They will work outside the box; defy military protocol; they will do what must be done to save America. Will they be able to verify the information? Will they be able to identify the targets and stop Khan?
