Anya Mowry was born in Siberia, Russia and was given the birth name Lavrentiva Anna Ulyvna. She was in and out of an orphanage from ages five to eleven and then was adopted by an American family and changed her legal name to Anya Mowry. Her life has always been a rough journey and because of this it has made her a stronger person. She writes about her life and hopes to reach millions of people who are in pain and help them learn how to love themselves and forgive those who have hurt them in the past.
