The book is titled "Centered from the Heart" - A journey of Love, as it was truly inspired from the heart in the name of honest feelings and true thoughts. As the famous poet, Ruminator, said centuries ago, "This world is in deep trouble, it can be swiftly healed by the balm of Love." I personally believe that Love is the essence of True Self, and awareness of it, is the only True Reality.
