Cooking for the Chorus includes recipes from the past five years that were used to feed around 150 people before and after the Community Chorus Christmas Concert. The recipes were picked for ease of making and would make a large amount. The Cooking for the Chorus book is divided into five chapters including Entrees, Potatoes and Vegetables, Salads, Breads and Desserts. The menus are provided for each year it will show how these recipes were used for each dinner.

The book is dedicated to our Friends who sponsor our Community Chorus and we serve them a meal before each Christmas concert. A good number of photographs of the Chorus in concert at Christmas are included.

About the Author
Letta Meinen has had a great interest in cooking and planning new recipes to feed many people. She now lives alone in Texas having moved there after her husband passed away in 2003. Letta is involved in church and Choir, Community Chorus, Library, Death by Chocolate Contest plus she organized Chair Yoga at her church and also plays golf. Letta is 92 years old still writing and publishing books. Letta has a large family scattered around America but they all love to come and visit quite often.
