About the Book
Walking to the Park with My Daddy is about a young boy named John John who anxiously waits for his daddy to come home from work. John John has learned that he must always finish his homework before he is allowed to go out and play.

John John loves to walk to the park and play games with his father. Some of the games that John John loves to play are baseball, football, and basketball.

There are several life lessons in this book. Aside from learning to always finish homework a couple others are learning to help put things away and always paying attention to crossing a street.

In a technology-based environment where both adults and children walk around with their minds focused on their cell phones, this book reminds us of what good and old-fashioned fun can do for developing a closer relationship between a father and son. It reminds us of how precious time is and how important it is to make life-long memories.

"Walking to the Park with My Daddy" is colorfully illustrated in 43 easy to read pages.
