This book very clearly defines the nature of behavior (both challenging and otherwise) as well as methods of intervention that will support the caregiver remaining calm and focused. This project aims to cultivate a more prepared human services professional by prioritizing the influence the professionalís behavior has on crisis situations. The project is created to be simple but contemporary and is delivered in 7 principles. The primary audience for this project will be both administrative and direct care personnel of human services organizations. The methods shared in the book have been drawn from a diversified human services experience that has provided direct care for individuals along the entire continuum (from children to the elderly).
