About the Author |
|
Ute lives close to the Pacific Ocean, and when she is not writing or working, she spends her time at the beach together with her dog Lili. (She also has a cat, but he prefers to stay home keeping the couch warm.) Ute is fascinated with this environment and finds that the beach holds many secrets and treasures. The constant changing with every wave taking and bringing rocks and sand, and animals and more reminds her of the way life changes. Unfortunately, there is much plastic in the ocean these days. Knowing how harmful this is, she always takes a bag along to gather up what she can. It is her firm belief that every positive action makes a difference, not just at the beach, but everywhere. |
